CRELAR Voice for CCTV

See the scene, and hear it clearly.

Speech enhancement for live monitoring, recording playback, and two-way talkback, so conversation in a monitored scene is easier to follow.

Start with systems that already use listening or talkback. Cameras on a wall do not by themselves mean the audio needs enhancement.

Three uses

Listen live, compare playback, speak back.

Live monitoring

Hear the selected scene while watching it. Clarity, continuous running, and picture sync all have to be checked.

Original and enhanced playback

The same passage can be compared again. Enhancement during live playback does not rewrite the recording file.

Two-way talkback

When the control room and the site talk, listening and the microphone are enhanced separately, including echo and double-talk.

How it connects

Start with the Windows monitoring client you already run.

After many cameras are mixed, a desktop companion cannot reliably tell the sources apart from the mix alone. Per-channel processing belongs to a later integration, not the first desktop default.

Limits on site

A listening aid does not replace the original record.

Keep the original recording
An enhanced preview, or a later exported track, must be identifiable and carry its processing notes. It does not overwrite the original audio.
Leave alarm paths alone
Alarms, impacts, and equipment sounds may be reduced by speech processing. Existing sound-event analysis should not be switched to enhanced audio without its own test.
Missing audio cannot be invented
If the target voice was never captured, or the clip is badly clipped or lost, the software cannot promise to restore it.
Bandwidth extension can be turned off
When checking numbers and names, it must be possible to return to the original immediately, so inferred high frequencies are not treated as recovered fact.

System fit

Start from the audio path you already use.

In the email, name the monitoring client, whether listening or talkback is already in use, and whether the question is live, playback, or two-way.
