CRELAR Voice

Hear clearly. Be heard clearly.

AI speech enhancement for contact centers, CCTV monitoring, and livestream speaking. Clearer phone conversations, more intelligible on-site dialogue, and a natural speaking voice for viewers.

In preparation. Scenario assessments are open. This site does not record audio and does not offer a download.

Three tasks

Contact centers first, then monitoring and livestreams.

One speech-enhancement direction, three different jobs. The order guides what gets validated first.

Hearing and speaking

Listening and the microphone stay on separate paths.

A caller, a monitored scene, and the microphone of an agent, operator, or host are not run through one shared setting. The phone, monitoring, or livestream app keeps its own job.

Listening enhancement

Processes the voice you are hearing, such as a caller or a live monitoring feed.

Microphone enhancement

Processes the voice you send, then hands it to the software you already use.

Original beside enhanced

Pilots and the later product keep an original-versus-enhanced comparison. This website is not that listening test.

Fit the current workflow

It does not replace the software you already use.

The first desktop target is Windows. Confirm that the target app can choose playback and recording devices, then assess real samples.

Choose the real devices

Name the headset and microphone actually in use, and check that the state recovers after they are unplugged.

Keep the two paths apart

Listening and microphone enhancement each have their own switch, so every sound is not forced through one treatment.

Hand the result back

The calling, monitoring, or livestream app stays in place. CRELAR supplies the processed listening path and microphone path.

Limits we will state

Results depend on the room. This site does not spend them in advance.

None of the following is a product promise.

A higher sample rate is not HD telephony
Converting 8 kHz or 16 kHz audio to 48 kHz only changes the processing format. Missing frequencies do not return on their own, and the telephone network still limits what the other person hears.
No percentages
Without a controlled comparison, the site will not claim shorter calls, higher close rates, or fewer incidents.
Nearby voices need a real test
The person at the next seat is also speech. Ordinary noise reduction cannot promise to keep only the current speaker.
On-device processing is a design direction
Until model, diagnostic, and update behavior are confirmed, the site does not claim that audio is never uploaded.

Next step

Use your own samples to decide whether a pilot is worth it.

Organizations start with a scenario assessment. Creators can read the setup path first. In-browser listening opens only when the product can actually be used.
