CRELAR Voice for Contact Centers

Hear the customer. Answer clearly.

Improve the incoming caller and the agent microphone separately, with two-way speech enhancement for contact centers.

Fewer “say that again” moments. Results depend on real call samples and a pilot on the target softphone.

What the brief covers

Built around a call that already exists.

Two independent paths

Caller-to-agent and agent-to-caller use separate switches and presets. Natural sound and stability come first.

The current agent workflow

The softphone or browser calling client stays. The first check is whether it can select playback and recording devices separately.

Real samples

Compare names, numbers, and addresses. This site does not play a pre-made before-and-after reel.

Two paths

The caller side and the agent side stay apart.

This is the planned path on the agent PC. It does not mean the desktop app can be dropped into every telephone platform.

Caller → agent

  1. Caller audio
  2. Softphone or browser
  3. Listening enhancement
  4. Agent headset

Agent → caller

  1. Agent microphone
  2. Microphone enhancement
  3. Existing calling app
  4. Caller

Pilot order

Validate a small group before talking about scale.

Licensing can be assessed per agent or per workstation. One license should not be read as covering several computers at once unless the agreement says so.

Interview

Confirm Windows agents, a repeatable speech problem, and whether IT can take part.

Sample review

Hear the original and the enhanced version of the same clip. Check names and numbers, naturalness, and added delay.

Small pilot

Check the softphone, long-running stability, and rollback. Business metrics stay observations, not promised percentages.

Contact-center limits

These need their own look during a pilot.

Headset and softphone together
Noise reduction, automatic gain, and echo control already in the calling app may stack with CRELAR. The pilot should record the configuration that was used.
Open seating
Nearby speech, keyboards, and equipment enter the microphone. “Keep only the current speaker” is not a claim this site will make before a test.
The telephone path still ends the chain
What the caller hears is still limited by the network and the codec. A virtual microphone is not an HD upgrade for every call.

Agent pilot

Bring the softphone and headset you already use.

The assessment becomes an email. This page does not store it and does not accept call recordings.
